The plain-English part
Who you’re buying from. Glass & Club is operated by Don DeSeranno, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, USA. When you purchase through glassandclub.com, you’re buying seats held by me — my family’s season seats, held since 1969, plus a small number of seats I take on from fellow season ticket holders and hold to the same standard. I never list seats that are not in my possession.
What you’re buying. Each purchase is for admission to a specific Detroit Red Wings home game at Little Caesars Arena, for the specific seats described on the product page.
Prices are all-in: the price displayed is the full price — no service fees, processing fees, or surprise charges, ever. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
Delivery. Seats are delivered by Ticketmaster transfer to the email address you provide at checkout, within 24 hours of purchase, or if you purchase less than 24 hours before game time then your tickets will be delivered before game time. For purchases made before the season’s tickets are released by the league (typically early September), your transfer arrives during the first week tickets exist. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and accepting the transfer; once you accept the transfer, the seats and responsibility for them are yours. If your transfer hasn’t arrived when expected, contact me and I’ll resolve it.
Independence. Glass & Club is an independent season ticket holder. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Detroit Red Wings, Olympia Entertainment, Ilitch Sports + Entertainment, Little Caesars Arena, the National Hockey League, or Ticketmaster. All team and arena names are used only to accurately describe the events and locations of the seats offered.
The List and status tiers. Membership in The List is free. Status tiers, early access windows, and related benefits are described on the site and may be adjusted between seasons; benefits already earned in a completed status year will be honored as described. Status benefits are personal to the member and are not transferable except through the Vouch program as described on the site.
Event changes. Game dates and times are set by the NHL and may change. Postponements and cancellations are handled per the Refund Policy. I am not responsible for team performance, weather, traffic, or the Leafs winning.
Your conduct. By attending, you agree to follow all Little Caesars Arena rules and policies.And remember: you’re sitting in my family’s seats, and the ushers know exactly whose seats those are — so when you’re in them, you’re representing both of us. Cheer loud, be good to the people around you, and generally behave like someone I’d invite back. (Heckling the Leafs is not only permitted but encouraged. Tastefully.)
The fine print
By visiting, interacting with, or using glassandclub.com and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Access and account. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Orders and acceptance. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Glass & Club reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion; your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and payment must be received and processed before acceptance. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order and will promptly refund any amounts paid for an order we decline or cancel. Purchases are subject to return solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use or the use of your own guests, and not for commercial resale.
3. Prices and billing. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information, and you represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
4. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions. Occasionally, information in the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. Any amounts paid on a cancelled order will be promptly refunded.
5. Intellectual property. The Services — including all text, images, graphics, video, and the design and arrangement thereof — are owned by Glass & Club or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Glass & Club’s names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Glass & Club. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Services — including those of the Detroit Red Wings, the NHL, Little Caesars Arena, Ticketmaster, and Shopify — are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for accurate description.
6. Feedback and testimonials. If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, messages, photos, or other feedback (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that Feedback in any medium, including in our marketing. You represent that you own or have the rights to any Feedback you submit. We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, compensate for it, or respond to it. (In practice: if I want to quote you by name on the site, I’ll ask first. That’s a courtesy, not an obligation.)
7. Prohibited uses. You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any law; infringe intellectual property or other rights; harass, defame, or harm any person; transmit false or misleading information; transmit malware; scrape, harvest, or collect data or personal information; interfere with or circumvent security features of the Services; or engage in conduct that may harm Glass & Club, Shopify, or users of the Services. Automated agents, bots, and scraping tools may not access the Services except as we expressly permit, must identify themselves in their user agent string, and must not mimic human behavior or circumvent measures intended to distinguish automated from human use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.
8. Relationship with Shopify. Glass & Club is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Glass & Club. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Glass & Club, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Glass & Club.
9. Privacy. All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information about your access to and use of the Services, subject to Shopify’s privacy policy.
10. Third-party links and tools. The Services may contain links to third-party websites and tools (including Ticketmaster). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and your use of third-party sites and tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Termination. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our discretion at any time without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due through the date of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive.
12. Disclaimer of warranties. The information presented through the Services is made available for general information purposes; we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness, and reliance on it is at your own risk. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY GLASS & CLUB, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL GLASS & CLUB, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PURCHASE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glass & Club, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
15. Severability; waiver; entire agreement. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
16. Assignment. You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without consent or notice to you.
17. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Glass & Club consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
18. Changes to these Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website; material changes will be notified in accordance with applicable law. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
