FAQ

Questions

How do I receive my seats?

Your seats are transferred to you through Ticketmaster directly from my season seat holder account. You'll need a free Ticketmaster account — the transfer arrives by email or text, you accept it, and your tickets live on your phone.

When will I receive them?

Within 24 hours of purchase for most games. Buying close to game day? Your seats arrive well before puck drop — usually within the hour after purchase. For games purchased months in advance — the moment the Wings release your game to my account, I transfer, always well ahead of the night.

What does all-in pricing mean?

The price you see is the total price. No service fees, no processing fees, no surprises at checkout. Ever.

Do prices ever come down?

Never. Prices never come down here. Every pair opens at its best number; prices can rise as pairs sell, and they never fall. If you're used to marketplaces where prices collapse as the game gets close — that's not here. Here, waiting costs: the price you see is the lowest you will see here, and when seats are gone for a game, they're gone. The earlier you buy, the better your number.

Are my seats together?

Always. Every pair is two seats side by side. And if you take both pairs in a section, all four seats are consecutive in the same row.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final — but release your pair back to me and you're never out of luck. Thirty or more days out: 100% credit toward any other night, guaranteed. Closer in, the guaranteed credit steps down, but I keep working to resell your pair right up to puck drop — and whatever it sells for comes back to you as credit, up to everything you paid. Prefer cash? If your pair resells, you're paid what it sold for less a 10% handling fee. The full Release-Back policy — postponements, cancellations, playoffs — is here.

What if something goes wrong on game day?

You text me directly: (313) 349-3780 — it's also in your confirmation email. You're not calling a call center. It gets handled.

What does "In the Club" actually mean?

The club sections are the lower-bowl sections closest to center ice — the best sightlines in the building. What makes them club seats: a private club sits directly behind those sections, steps from your row. It's not a place you're stuck in; it's a thirty-second walk from your seat for all-inclusive gourmet dining, beer, and wine — instead of a hike to the concourse. The clubs have their own restrooms too: no lines, cleaner, and steps away. The club opens ninety minutes before puck drop and stays open an hour after the final horn. Most people arrive early, eat a full dinner, watch every shift from their seat, and have dessert while the traffic clears.

What is The List?

The names I sell to first. Everything here moves through The List before the public sees it — every game, new seats, private offers, playoff seats. Getting on it takes an email address; that's the whole application. Being on The List means you can buy every game thirty days before the public can — the public gets one week — and climbing The List grows that head start. This founding season, everyone on The List can buy the entire calendar, today. Where you stand on it is earned by what you spend in a season, and the top is open to anyone. The climb is worth making. The full story is here.

What about playoffs?

Playoff seats never reach the public — they go to The List, in order, top down. If the Wings make a run, you'll want to already be standing somewhere. Get on The List.
