Privacy policy

The short version: I collect only what I need to get you your seats and host you well. I never sell your information. Ever.

What I collect.

Order information: your name, email, phone number, billing details, and the seats you purchased — collected at checkout and processed by Shopify, my e-commerce provider.
Payment details are handled entirely by Shopify's payment processors. I never see or store your full card number.
Anything you choose to share with me — like who's coming to the game or a special occasion you mention. I keep notes like these so I can host you properly (it's how the usher knows it's your anniversary). Share only what you're comfortable with; it's never required.
List membership: your email address when you join The List.
Basic site analytics via Shopify (pages visited, general location, device type) to understand how the site is used.

How I use it.

To deliver your seats (your email is required for Ticketmaster transfer)
To communicate about your order and, on game days, to send you helpful game-night information by email or text
To operate The List: early access notices, seat releases, and occasional updates about the seats. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
To track status tier progress, which is based on your purchase history

Text messages: if you text my number or provide your phone number, I may text you about your order or your game night. Reply STOP to any text and I'll stop.

Who else sees it. Shopify (my store platform), Ticketmaster (delivery requires your email), and Google (my email provider) process data as part of operating the site. Arena staff may be told your name and occasion — that's the hosting, and it's the good part. No one else. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. Full stop.

Your choices. Want to know what I have, correct it, or have it deleted? Email don@glassandclub.com and I'll take care of it. Unsubscribe links work. STOP works.

Cookies. The site uses cookies via Shopify for cart function and basic analytics. Your browser can limit these; the cart needs them to work.
